Koddi Recognized as One of the Fastest Growing Companies in America

FORT WORTH, TEXAS – AUGUST 15, 2018 – Koddi, a cloud-based marketing technology company for travel brands, today announced it has been named as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc with a place on the 2018 Inc 5000 list. The company continues on its aggressive growth plan in 2018 with the hiring of Chad Baldwin as Vice President, Sales and Business Development, opening a new office in Austin, New York City, and Ann Arbor and fully integrating the private marketplace and social solutions into its suite of travel marketing solutions.

“It’s been our mission at Koddi to reinvent the way the world’s leading hospitality brands, their franchises, and their travel partners operate to deliver better results through marketing optimization and automation technology, and I could not be prouder of the work the team delivers every day to excel at our mission,” said Nicholas Ward, President and co-founder of Koddi. “Being recognized on the Inc 5000 list is a great honor, but only the beginning of what we can achieve. Today we power more than $10 billion in revenue for our customers and have taken strategic steps to enable further growth – including the acquisition of travel assets and personnel from Criteo, expanding our presence globally and hiring key executives like Chad Baldwin. We are on the cusp of another tremendous sea change in travel marketing, and we believe those brands who understand the value Koddi brings–in great tech, data and people–will ultimately stand out above others.”

Baldwin brings more than 20 years of enterprise sales, product management and marketing experience to the Koddi team, having served in leadership positions at such companies as Kenshoo, Coremetrics, and Autodesk. His wealth of experience in scaling teams and driving growth will bolster Koddi’s global growth objectives. In his role, Baldwin will work closely with Koddi’s leadership team to pursue near-term growth opportunities and long-term strategic growth across all solutions and services.

“Over the past few years, Koddi has become a powerhouse in simplifying the process in converting bookings and driving revenue for travel marketers,” said Baldwin. “There’s tremendous opportunity to help the largest and most influential travel brands unify their engagement and conversion strategies – across metasearch, social, co-op marketing, and ad monetization, and I’m excited to lead an already successful team into this new chapter for Koddi.”

The online travel industry is one of the most competitive and sophisticated markets in the world and Koddi’s advanced software optimization solutions are bringing advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning to help travel marketers drive maximum revenue and efficiency for their businesses. Koddi continues to invest in world-class talent to continue to bring our solution to this strong market need. In January 2018, Koddi acquired the former HookLogic Travel Business from Criteo – including all employees, technology, services, and customers. This acquisition expands Koddi’s U.S. presence tremendously with new offices in New York and Ann Arbor.
